You may be entitled to share in the Settlement Fund. All Class Members who have not requested exclusion from the class will be bound by any judgement entered in the action pursuant to the stipulation of settlement. The Honorable Miriam Goldman Cedarbaum, U.S.D.J. of the United States District Court will hold a Fairness Hearing on May 18, 2006, at 10:00 a.m., at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan U.S. Courthouse, Room 1330, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York 10007 to consider whether the Settlement is fair, reasonable and adequate and to consider the application of Lead Counsel for attorneys' fees and reimbursement of expenses.
